The present water service providers in the Coast Water Services Board area of jurisdiction comprise:

  • Water service providers
  • Public Companies
  • Local Government (Councils)
  • Community groups
  • Institutions
  • Individuals

 So far seven public companies have been contracted by the Board namely:

  • Mombasa Water & Sanitation Services Company – MOWASSCO
  • Malindi Water & Sewerage Company – MALWASCO
  • Kwale Water & Sewerage Company – KWASCO
  • Kilifi Water & Sewerage Company – KIMAWASCO
  • Lamu Water & Sewerage Company – LAWASCO
  • Taveta-Voi Water & Sewerage Company – TAVEVO
